Privacy Policy

• Account info (name, email) you provide when signing up.
• Usage metrics (minutes transcribed, plan tier, error events).
• Audio you submit for transcription, processed in real time.
• Billing details, processed by Stripe — Noto never stores card numbers.

To provide and improve the Service, prevent abuse, send you essential account or billing emails, and comply with legal obligations.

By default, raw audio is deleted after transcription. If you opt in to “Store audio recordings” in Privacy settings, audio is retained for up to 30 days to debug accuracy issues, then deleted. Transcripts are stored only on your device unless you sync them.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with vetted processors required to run the Service (e.g. Stripe for payments, our STT provider for transcription) under written data agreements.

You can export, delete, or request a copy of your data at any time from in-app settings or by emailing support@notoai.app.
