By creating a Noto account or using the Noto app, website, or APIs (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Noto.

Don't use Noto to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the Service, or attempt to circumvent its safeguards.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel from the billing portal at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain rights to the audio you record and the text Noto produces for you. You grant Noto a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noto disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
